Four easy steps to register:

1.  Review the educational events information and decide which of the following six events you’d like to attend:

Leadership Institute
Spirituality and Health Care Institute
FREE Public Evening (no registration necessary)
Cultivating Compassion Conference
Pilgrimage
Contemplative Retreats

2.  If you plan to participate in the conference, choose your conference workshops. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

a.  The Friday afternoon workshops will be presented twice, so you will need to choose two workshops and one alternative for this time period.

b.  Friday evening and Saturday afternoon workshops will be presented once. You will choose one workshop and one alternative for both time periods. TIP: Write down the workshop code for your choices in order of preference (e.g., F1, F3, FE2, FE7, S4, S6), so you have the information available when you proceed to registration.

3.  Review the information below regarding pricing and cancellations. TIP: Register before January 15, 2012 for early registration benefits. No online registration after April 15, 2012.

4.  Reserve your place. Two easy ways: Register online. Print the registration form and mail or fax it according to the directions on the form. 

Pricing:

All fees are expressed in USD$. If you prefer to pay in another currency, please contact SDI for current rates by e-mailing office@sdiworld.org.

The price of the conference includes two community meals: a midday meal on Friday and on Saturday.

When you register, please place a checkmark next to the fees that correspond to the educational event you wish to participate in. Not a member? Sign up for membership at the same time you register and receive member rates on your registration.

Cancellations: Fees will be refunded with written notice prior to January 15, 2012 (less USD$50.00 non-refundable registration fee). Because space is limited and pricing may be below cost, after January 15, 2012, SDI provides 50% refunds on cancellations (less USD$50.00 non-refundable registration fee). There is no charge for sending a substitute.
No refunds after April 5th, 2012.

Make cheque payable (US funds payable through a US bank) to Spiritual Directors International, PO Box 3584, Bellevue, WA 98009 USA or fax 425-455-1566. To pay by cheque in non-USD currency, contact office@sdiworld.org for current currency rates. Credit card charges will automatically calculate current currency rates.

Educational events registration will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of full payment.
