SDI proudly involves sponsors and exhibitors as a mutually beneficial program of our educational events.
A limited number of tables are available for display and sales at the SDI Educational Events at the CoCo Key Hotel (soon to be named DoubleTree by Hilton) in Danvers, Massachusetts, USA April 19-22, 2012. The expected attendance is more than 500 people. SDI runs its own bookstore, and exhibit tables will be located in the same general area.
A covered 6' x 30" table with two chairs (or equivalent space if you have your own set up) costs USD$250 for display-only tables and USD$350 for tables that sell merchandise. The space is not secured, so you will need to protect valuables. SDI is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims. Conference exhibitors can set-up on Thursday afternoon, April 19, 2012.
Exhibition Area Hours: 5:00–10:00 p.m. on Thursday; 7:00 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on Saturday; 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 22. You are free to choose how and when you staff your table. If you are also registered for the conference, you will staff your table when there are no sessions taking place (when the highest number of participants is in the exhibition area). If you are not attending the conference, you will probably choose to eat and rest when participants are in session. Following are times of heaviest traffic in the exhibition area.
